I am an educator with an interest in leadership and how it can impact individuals and organizations. I have been an educational leader for twenty years. I am also a husband, a dad and a coach.

 

Why I do this

 

I have created this blog as a place where ideas relative to leadership and learning can be posted, shared and responded to.

If things go as planned, I can make you think. Maybe make you question, wonder and contemplate how your leadership skills can be tweaked, enhanced or improved to better meet the needs of the people you lead.
